All apartments/Town houses are self-catering and fully equipped with linen, towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, chinaware, cutlery, glassware, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee plunger, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (except the latter in the duplex). Each apartment also provides an iron and ironing-board, a clothes rack and pegs, broom, bucket and mop. All have fans and heating, flat screen TV with cable TV plenty channels in several languages.

Vila Libânia having self-catering apartments/town houses, only provides consumables, such as toilette paper, small soaps, tea/coffee/sugar for the first two days, the guests staying for longer periods having to provide their own.

Garden

The garden with approximately 4000sqm is divided into two levels; the lower part with the lawn, splash pool and the river Jamor bordering on the west. The upper level with the Victorian garden, the Grotto, the fish pond, the swing in the bamboo cove and the family pub. On both levels you are surrounded by tranquil greenery, by sun and shade where you can sit on one of the many benches throughout the garden and enjoy a peaceful moment.

Family Pub

Located at the far end of the upper garden, the now Family Pub was upgraded by the current owners. In the bygone years it was used as a wine cellar where local wine was made and bottled from regional grapes.
Nowadays, this private area is a charming place that can be used by our guests with prior arrangement. The Family Pub is ideal for sundowners, snacks or light meals and barbeques.

Pool

The splash pool is located on the lower level garden. Although small and shallow (about 70cm high) it is safe for children, of course always under adult supervision, and a pleasure for adults to cool-off after a hot summer´s day!

Continental breakfast baskets for two can be provided upon request.

Transportation

  • Vila Libânia is situated very near to several main arteries and highways that connect it to Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon Airport, and the north/south route to Porto and Algarve.
  • Bus stop is 200m away and the train station 850m away.
  • Vila Libânia also arranges transfers and personalized tours for guests ranging from guided tours to historical places to simply sight-seeing tours to “fado” evenings at typical restaurants. Our goal is to be the best host through a genuine Portuguese tourism ambassador-like approach, providing guests innovative, exclusive, and unique tours.
