Vila Libânia
Vila Libânia is a family estate dating from the 1870s which underwent upgrades through the decades, the last one having occurred circa 2014 resulting in 3 modern tourist apartments/town houses which the present owner turned into a business in order to maintain its lush centenary gardens with grandiose trees and plants. Part of the family lives in the main house, always at hand to help its guests.
A relic from the past, Vila Libânia is situated opposite the National Palace of Queluz, close to Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais yet away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I had a beautiful apartment where you really lacked nothing. It was spacious, renovated and tastefully decorated. A beautiful open staircase to the spacious bedroom with good beds. More than enough cupboard space with the highlight next to a lovely shower and a bubble bath in the bedroom.
And especially the "peace" appealed to me.
The garden was also great with a beautiful tree over 250 years old and many nice spots and benches.

Amazing location, beautiful gardens and tranquil atmosphere. Vila Libânia is very well located, it is practically 15 minutes’ drive to the main points of interest (Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and the airport), not to mention that it is 300m from Queluz Palace which is a must to visit. Our apartment was very clean and very comfortable and bigger in reality than the pictures on Booking. The hosts were very welcoming and guided us to the best spots to visit during our short stay.
